Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you, the office using LeadFlow, and ANWAR AWAD, the provider of LeadFlow. By using the service you accept them.
1. The service
LeadFlow is an online software service for real-estate offices: a landing page per office with a form that captures leads, lead ranking, matching of buyers with properties, a pipeline board, numbers, export, and a team of up to 5 users.
2. Your account
The office owner creates the account and is responsible for the accuracy of its details, for keeping passwords secret, and for what happens in the accounts of the staff they invite.
3. Trial, subscription and price
You start with a free 14-day trial with every feature and no card. After that the subscription is $29 a month, or €27, plus tax depending on your country. If the trial ends without payment, the account is frozen to reading and export: your data is not deleted, your landing page keeps working, and writing returns as soon as you pay.
4. Payment and invoice
The subscription is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice in its own name and handles the tax, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment. The invoice is downloaded from the subscription page and is not a Turkish e-Fatura.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time from the subscription page. Your account stays complete until the end of the paid period and is then frozen as in section 3. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
6. Your data and your clients' data
Your office's data and the data of the leads who fill in its form belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy; we do not sell them or use them for advertising. You are responsible for having a legal basis to contact your leads.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, to collect data from people who did not consent, to publish unlawful content, or to try to reach another office's data. We may suspend an account that does so after notifying you.
8. Deleting the account
The office owner requests deletion from the settings. A 14-day undo period follows in which everything, including export, keeps working; after it, all of the office’s data is permanently deleted.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability does not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the incident.
10. Changes and contact
We may change these terms, and we email office owners thirty days before any material change takes effect. Contact: [email protected]
